About Us

This community is our home. We take pride in Cal Poly Humboldt and provide nice one bedroom and two bedroom apartments located within walking distance to campus. Our Arcata rentals are rented on a one year lease. We also have a nice furnished one bedroom extended stay apartment in Arcata (30 days or more). All our Eureka apartments are two bedroom.
